    UK businesses can apply for a share of up to £1 million to develop AI and quantum technology or quantum sensing technologies together with organisations from EUREKA countries.

  • UK Research and Innovation strength in places fund: wave 2 EoI

    Consortia of UK businesses and research organisations can apply for ‘seed corn’ funding of up to £50,000 to develop full applications for wave 2 of the UKRI Strength in Places Fund.

    Eligibility

    Projects must be collaborative and led by either a UK based business or a UK publicly funded research organisation.

    All consortium members should be based within the project’s geographical area and have the support of local civic leadership.

  • UK and USA: innovation in global composites markets

    UK businesses can apply for a share of up to £1.7 million to develop innovative technologies for global composites markets with US partners.

    Eligibility

    To lead a project UK applicants must be one of the following, and involve the other as collaborator:

    • a UK business of any size
    • a UK research and technology organisation (RTO) or UK university

    You must also include a US project team (see specific themes section).

  • Immersive Technology Investment Accelerator: phase 2, SME projects

    UK businesses doing R&D in immersive technology can apply for a share of up to £2 million grant funding alongside private equity investment. The grant funding is from the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund.

    Eligibility

    To lead a project you must:

    • be a UK-based micro, small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) in immersive technology
    • carry out your research and development (R&D) activity in the UK
    • commit to co-investment from one of the investor partners listed in the scope section
    • apply as a single company
